Contract through an ETT (temporary employment agency) with the possibility of permanent hiring by the company.

We are looking for a PROJECT MANAGER for a company specialized in commercial outsourcing and point-of-sale (retail) optimization, improving customer experience and increasing sales, located in Barcelona.

What you'll do

Operational project management (Coordinate the day-to-day of the assigned technological project, ensure compliance with deadlines, deliverables, and quality standards, supervise task progress, and resolve operational incidents).
Team management (Coordinate and support the team assigned to the project, distribute tasks, supervise their execution, and ensure team performance, serving as the point of reference for doubts, incidents, and operational needs).
Management of retail sector projects or similar (Coordinate deployments, implementations, or actions at points of sale, ensure the correct execution of activities in stores or retail environments, and manage communication between the client, internal team, and providers).
Advanced use of Excel (Prepare project data reports, reports, and analyses, create and manage pivot tables, use advanced formulas to optimize processes and reports, and automate tasks through basic macros).
Communication with client and internal team (Maintain fluid communication with the client regarding the status of the project, report progress, incidents, and needs, and coordinate information between internal departments).

Requirements

Experience in team management.
Experience in retail sector projects or similar.
High capacity for stress management, given that this is a project with peaks of high demand.
Capacity for autonomy in decision-making and incident management, with the objective of providing support and reducing the workload of the project coordinator.
Advanced Excel level, including:
Pivot tables
Basic and advanced formulas to be able to optimize Excel.
Basic knowledge of macros will be valued
An Excel test will be conducted.
English level is valuable (not essential).
