Working across assigned Business Units and product portfolios, you'll collaborate with Commercial, Product Management, Finance, Manufacturing, Procurement, and other Supply Chain teams to translate business needs into achievable supply plans.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of complex planning activities, work across diverse products and supply models, and contribute to continuously improving our global planning processes.

As Global E2E Supply Chain Planner, you will:

  • Drive end-to-end planning: Manage integrated demand, supply, capacity, and inventory planning across assigned Business Units and product portfolios.

  • Improve forecast quality: Monitor forecast accuracy, identify deviations, and coordinate actions to improve planning reliability.
  • Translate demand into supply plans: Develop feasible supply requirements while considering manufacturing capacity, supplier capabilities, material availability, lead times, and inventory needs.
  • Anticipate and manage risks: Identify potential supply-demand gaps and develop scenarios and mitigation actions to support business continuity.
  • Optimize inventory: Support effective inventory and material planning, addressing shortages, excess stock, obsolescence, and shelf-life considerations.
  • Support product transitions: Integrate new product introductions, product transfers, phase-ins, phase-outs, and discontinuations into planning activities.
  • Facilitate business alignment: Coordinate Demand Reviews, Supply Reviews, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes to support informed decisions.
