  • Experience integrating SAP with customer-facing platforms, manufacturing or order-intake systems, or other enterprise applications.

  • Experience translating business requirements into technology and integration architecture.
  • Experience leading technology implementations involving cross-functional business and technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

The role

As our Order to Cash Solution Architect, you will shape the technology architecture that enables efficient, reliable end-to-end Order to Cash (O2C) processes across Straumann Group.

Working closely with Customer Service, Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain, and Technology teams, you will connect business needs with scalable solutions across SAP S/4HANA, customer-facing platforms, manufacturing systems, internal enterprise applications, and third-party solutions.

Your work will span customer and order workflows, master data, fulfillment, billing, intercompany processes, and system integrations. Success in this role means creating practical architecture that works across platforms, supports business continuity, and can evolve as our customer and operational needs change.

What you'll do

  • Shape the technology strategy and architecture for end-to-end O2C capabilities, ensuring alignment with business priorities and enterprise architecture principles.
  • Partner with Commercial, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Finance, and Technology stakeholders to identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve technology-enabled outcomes.
  • Lead solution and integration design across SAP S/4HANA and connected customer, manufacturing, and enterprise platforms.
  • Design scalable integration approaches using application programming interfaces (APIs), interfaces, events, and workflow-based patterns where appropriate.
  • Support cross-entity and intercompany processes, including order flows, billing, settlement, reconciliation, and related financial data dependencies.
  • Translate complex business requirements into practical, scalable technology solutions and evaluate relevant platforms or vendor solutions.
  • Configure, implement, support, and continuously improve O2C solutions and their integration points.
  • Analyze recurring incidents and process inefficiencies, identify root causes, and develop sustainable improvements.
  • Lead customer technology integrations, digital-solution rollouts to new markets, and other customer fulfillment initiatives.
  • Coordinate delivery across business teams, Technology teams, external vendors, consulting partners, and contractors while minimizing operational disruption.
