Knowledge: Microsoft Office, Customer Service
Previous experience: at least 5 years of experience
Languages: English (B2 level)

The role

In the Forwarding Team in Gijón, we are looking for a Forwarding Operational Specialist!

What you'll do

Analyze and ensure logistical operations for their subsequent execution.
Perform exhaustive monitoring of each operation, coordinating it among different providers and ensuring continuous communication throughout the logistical process.
Attention and management of the logistics services requested by clients.
Optimize response times to clients and effectively manage assigned files.
Negotiate with providers in order to achieve greater profitability for the file.
Issuance of documentation and reports for each operation and updating of the database to maintain records of the operations carried out.
Control and manage the administrative and invoicing part of the stops and loads established by contract.
Supervise the loading process: from collection to the closing of the loads.
