The role

Key position within the Production area to coordinate international logistics operations and optimize the management of owned and subcontracted fleet.

What you'll do

Manage and coordinate confirmed transport operations, ensuring compliance with deadlines and commitments made to clients.
Analyze and close spot business opportunities in the market, ensuring the profitability of operations.
Plan and optimize the use of owned and subcontracted fleet, ensuring the €/km targets defined by management.
Resolve operational incidents during service execution (vehicle relocation, supplier changes, etc.).
Collaborate with the commercial department during periods of low operational activity to expand the client and partner portfolio.
Manage claims and follow up on incidents with clients and suppliers.
Expand and consolidate the network of strategic partners according to defined KPIs.
Maintain and update internal tracking and communication tools.
Prepare quarterly activity reports.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

University degree or vocational training in Transport and Logistics or International Trade.
Professional competence as a transport manager.
Knowledge of the CMR Convention.
EU regulations for heavy vehicle traffic.
Tachograph regulations.
Minimum 3 years in similar positions as a forwarder or international traffic manager.
Advanced English (spoken and written).
Advanced Spanish (spoken and written).
French, German, or Polish is a plus.
Advanced Excel.
PowerPoint.
Email and operational management tools.
Strong planning, organization, and control skills.
Analytical, methodical, and decisive profile.
Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
Negotiation skills and team leadership.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple operations simultaneously.
Client orientation and conflict resolution.
Honesty, responsibility, flexibility, and confidentiality.
