What we're looking for
- Higher Vocational Training (CFGS) in Administration and Finance.
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in an end-user company or consultancy.
- Advanced level of Excel.

The role
Do you have experience in financial administration, collections management, and customer service? We are looking to hire a Credit and Collections Administrator to provide support to the financial area of a consolidated and growing company.
What you'll do
Main duties
- Management and collection of outstanding customer debt via email and telephone calls.
- Weekly monitoring of outstanding balances and preparation of aging reports.
- Processing and resolution of incidents through email and customer management platforms.
- Control and monitoring of commercial agreements established with customers.
- Internal coordination to ensure the correct monitoring of assigned accounts.
How you'll work
- Full-time.
- 100% on-site work.
- Current workplace located in the Vallès Occidental area.
- At the end of January or beginning of February 2027, activity will move to Molins de Rei, so it is essential to have availability to commute to both locations.
