What we're looking for

For the position of Purchasing Administrator, the following minimum requirements are required:

  • Previous experience in a purchasing department, especially in the logistics sector.
  • Proficient level of Excel.
  • Proactive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Result orientation and communication skills.

The role

We are looking for a Purchasing Administrator for the purchasing department. The selected person will be responsible for managing purchase orders and maintaining relationships with suppliers.
The main responsibilities will include:

What you'll do

  • Managing and processing purchase orders.
  • Keeping the supplier database up to date.
  • Collaborating in the search for suppliers and price negotiation.
  • Controlling inventories and tracking deliveries.
  • Preparing reports related to the purchasing department.
  • Assisting in problem resolution through effective communication with other departments.

How you'll work

The working hours will be from 9:30 to 18:30 (Monday to Thursday) and from 8:30 to 17:30 (Friday), with one hour for lunch.
