Requirements

What we're looking for

Training in Administration, Administrative
Management or similar.
Minimum B1 level of English.
Good typing speed and alphanumeric agility.
User-level proficiency in computer tools.
Ability to concentrate and pay attention to detail.
Experience or ability to work with high volumes of document management.
Profile oriented towards teamwork, continuous learning, and organization.

Valuable training or knowledge in
International Trade and Customs.

Pay & benefits

What you'll get

Immediate start.
Initial contract of 30 hours per week, extendable according to the needs of the department.
Schedule between 07:00 and
17:00, from Monday to Saturday, according to operational planning.
Hiring through an ETT for 6 months via monthly contracts.
Possibility of joining the company based on performance and organizational needs.
Reference gross annual salary: 26,270.95

The role

Are you interested in developing your career in the customs and logistics field? We are looking for a person with an administrative profile and attention to detail to join an Import Customs department in Barcelona immediately.

The position is oriented towards document management, data entry, and customs processing in a dynamic environment with a high volume of work.

What you'll do

Registration and processing of DUAs (Single
Administrative Document) for the clearance of goods.
Management and review of customs documentation.
Transcription of data from commercial documentation into customs language.
Verification, validation, and correction of registered information.
Analysis of received documentation to check compliance with established standards.
Support in the physical inspection of goods.
Administrative management associated with import processes.
