The role

Do you have experience in butchery and are skilled in cutting and filleting?

This could be a good opportunity to continue developing your experience within an important company in the meat sector located in El Ortigal, La Laguna.

You will be part of the production team, participating in the different stages of product preparation and conditioning, contributing to the proper functioning of the cutting room.

What you'll do

You will assist in the tasks of deboning and cutting different pieces of meat.

You will perform filleting and product preparation work.

You will collaborate in the different phases of the production process, ensuring the quality and work pace established.

Requirements

‼️ What will help you succeed in this position

Previous experience in butchery, preferably in production environments or cutting rooms.

Proven knowledge and experience in cutting and filleting.

Experience in cutting beef and/or pork will be an added value.

Availability to work morning, afternoon, and night shifts.

Ability to work in a team and adapt to a dynamic environment.

Cutting techniques, meat cutting, food handling, stock management, and customer service at the counter.
