The role

Are you motivated to drive operational excellence in a global environment? Do you want to lead the Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality strategy in an international company with real impact across multiple countries?

We are looking for a professional with strategic vision and leadership capacity to define and drive the culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement across all our global operations.

Your mission

You will be responsible for developing and implementing the global EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) and Quality strategy, ensuring regulatory compliance, risk management, and operational excellence across all company sites.

What you'll do

Strategic leadership and transformation

Define and implement the global EHS and Quality strategy.
Lead cultural transformation and continuous improvement programs.
Standardize processes, procedures, and management systems at an international level.
Advise Management on matters of safety, quality, sustainability, and risk.
Drive Lean and operational excellence projects in different countries.

Safety, Health, and Environment (EHS)

Ensure compliance with legal regulations and corporate standards.
Lead ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems.
Manage regulatory requirements such as Seveso, ATEX, and APQ.
Develop prevention, process safety, and emergency management programs.
Foster a solid culture of safety and sustainability.

Food Quality and Safety

Lead global Quality and Food Safety systems.
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, HACCP, and customer requirements.
Coordinate internal and external audits.
Drive continuous improvement and structured problem-solving.
Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain to optimize processes and results.

Requirements

What will help you succeed in this position

University degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or related fields.
Master's in Occupational Risk Prevention with all three specialties.
More than 10 years leading EHS and Quality in international industrial environments.
Solid knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, Seveso, ATEX, and APQ.
Experience in Food Safety, HACCP, and integrated management systems.
Track record leading cultural transformation, continuous improvement, and operational excellence projects.
Demonstrated ability to influence, lead global teams, and manage high-level stakeholders.
Professional level of English and Spanish, both oral and written.
Strategic mindset, results orientation, and passion for safety, quality, and sustainability.

Will be valued

Experience in the chemical, industrial, manufacturing, or food sectors.
Certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement.
Experience managing operations and teams in multinational environments.

ISO standards, HACCP, EHS Management (Environment, Health and Safety), Food Safety, Global Audits, Multinational Team Management.
