Shipping and Receiving Operator in Campañó

From Synergie, we are looking for a Shipping and Receiving Operator/Picker to join the team of an important company in the food sector located in Campañó, Pontevedra.

Your mission will be to ensure that the outgoing merchandise flow is flawless, making sure every order reaches its destination on time and in good condition.

In this position, your duties will be:

• Carrying out warehouse management tasks, receiving, checking, and storing raw materials according to previously defined technical criteria, classifying and selecting products, supplying the different areas of the company, and storing products for later distribution.
• Preparing orders to ensure efficiency in the other downstream services and complying with the health and safety measures provided and implemented by the company.
• Acting as a coordination link between the different departments of the company, external staff, and suppliers, ensuring smooth communication and proper operational management of the associated processes.

What are we looking for in you?

• Previous experience in logistics or shipping: it will allow you to master outbound flows and manage delivery notes quickly.
• Having previous experience operating a forklift and an electric pallet jack, with valid and up-to-date licenses.
• Regular use of computer tools in the workplace and demonstrable experience with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to adapt to rotating shifts and work as part of a team.

• You are familiar with the meat sector: you will learn the specific regulations for handling and preserving products, which will give you an operational advantage.
• You have organizational skills: it will help you prioritize urgent tasks and maintain control of the warehouse.
• You live in Campañó or the surrounding area.

Managing shipments, preparing orders, loading vehicles, checking delivery notes, and applying basic warehouse safety regulations.

• Work schedule from Monday to Saturday, with one day off in between.
• Hourly wage of €11.60 gross. - Afternoon shifts (3:00 PM - 11:15 PM), which will allow you to better organize your time.

Desde Synergie buscamos un Operario/a de expediciones/picking para unirse al equipo de una importante empresa del sector de la alimentación ubicada en Campañó, Pontevedra.

Tu misión será garantizar que el flujo de salida de mercancía sea impecable, asegurando que cada pedido llegue a su destino en tiempo y forma.

En este puesto, tus funciones serán:

• Realizar las tareas de gestión de almacén, recibiendo, controlando y almacenando materias primas en función de criterios técnicos previamente definidos, clasificando y seleccionando los productos, aprovisionando a las distintas áreas de la empresa y almacenando los productos para su posterior distribución.
• Preparación de los pedidos para tener una eficiencia en los demás servicios en cadena y cumpliendo con las medidas de seguridad impartidas e implementadas en la empresa.
• Actuar como nexo de coordinación entre los distintos departamentos de la empresa, el personal externo y los proveedores, garantizando una comunicación fluida y una correcta gestión operativa de los procesos asociados.

¿Qué buscamos en ti?

• Experiencia previa en logística o expediciones: te permitirá dominar los flujos de salida y la gestión de albaranes con agilidad.
• Contar con experiencia previa en el manejo de la Carretilla Frontal y Transpaleta eléctrica, con los carnets correspondientes en vigor.
• Manejo habitual de herramientas informáticas en el entorno laboral y experiencia demostrable en Paquete Office.
• Capacidad para adaptarte a turnos rotativos y trabajar en equipo.

Y sumarás puntos si:

• Estás habituado/a al sector alimentario: conocerás las normativas específicas de manipulación y conservación, lo que te dará una ventaja operativa.
• Tienes capacidad de organización: te ayudará a priorizar las urgencias y mantener el control del almacén.
• Resides en Campañó o alrededores.

Gestión de expediciones, preparación de pedidos, carga de vehículos, control de albaranes y normativas básicas de seguridad en almacén.

¿Qué ofrecemos?

• Jornada de lunes a sábados. Con un día de descanso de por medio.
• Salario hora 11.60€ brutos.- Turnos de tarde (15:00 - 23:15), lo que te permitirá organizar mejor tu tiempo.
