- Dispatch management, ensuring the departure of goods within the established deadlines.
- Loading and unloading of trucks using a forklift. Supervision of the automatic loading system.
- Control and supervision of automatic forklifts. Registration, management, and dispatch of trucks using SAP.
- Assignment of docks and loading/unloading zones according to operational needs.
- Management and control of dispatch documentation.
- Management of returns and claims with suppliers.
- Coordination with production, warehouse, and transport to guarantee the correct logistical flow.
- Compliance with safety, quality, and occupational risk prevention procedures.
