The role

Your mission will be to coordinate and optimize daily warehouse operations, ensuring that every process is executed with precision and leading the team toward operational excellence.

- You will coordinate the reception, storage, and dispatch of goods to guarantee punctual deliveries.
- You will supervise inventory control and space organization to maximize operational efficiency.
- You will lead and support the warehouse team, distributing tasks and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- You will optimize internal logistical processes to reduce response times and picking errors.

Requirements

- Previous experience in warehouse management: this will allow you to make quick and accurate decisions from day one.
- Leadership and people management skills: this will help you motivate the team and coordinate workflows harmoniously.
