Maintenance Technician

Your mission will be to guarantee the maximum availability and efficiency of the facilities and machinery, anticipating incidents so that production never stops.

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance
  of the facilities.
• Ensure the correct functioning and
  maintenance of the electrical installations.
• Supervise the air conditioning and
  ventilation systems, guaranteeing their efficiency and periodic maintenance.
• Execute hydraulic tasks (pumps,
  compressors, compressed air networks) and plumbing (water, gases).
• Supervise and maintain the data and
  security systems: CCTV, wifi antennas, access control, etc.
• Identify and propose technical or
  efficiency improvements in the facilities.
• Detect technical incidents and communicate them for
  their resolution or escalation.
• Record the interventions carried out and
  communicate the status of incidents to the manager.
• Collaborate with other departments (Quality,
  Safety, Production) to guarantee the correct functioning of the
  warehouse operations.
• Ensure compliance with deadlines,
  safety regulations, and internal procedures.
• Guarantee the correct execution of
  services.

• Workplace: Esparreguera.
• Schedule: from 08:00 h to 17:00 h initially. In the future,
  rotating morning and afternoon shifts will be
  implemented (no nights or weekends).
• Salary: between €25,000 and €35,000 gross per year,
  depending on experience provided. No profile will be
  discarded solely based on salary expectations.
• Joining a consolidated international company
  in constant growth.
• 3-month contract through an ETT (temporary agency) with the possibility of joining the company's permanent staff afterwards.

What will make you succeed:

• Minimum experience of 2 to 3 years in similar
  functions, preferably in industrial environments (experience in the
  chemical or pharmaceutical industry will be valued).
• Knowledge and experience in ATEX environments.
• Vocational training (CFGM or CFGS) in Mechatronics,
  Electrotechnics, Automation, or similar.
• Basic knowledge in electricity, mechanics,
  air conditioning, data networks, and access control.
• Meticulous, organized, and proactive person, with
  the ability to prioritize tasks and act autonomously.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Interpretation of electrical diagrams.
• Skill in the use of hand tools and
  network verification equipment.
• Ease of working in a team.

Tu misión será garantizar la máxima disponibilidad y eficiencia de las instalaciones y maquinaria, anticipándote a las incidencias para que la producción nunca se detenga.

• Realizar el mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo
  de las instalaciones.
• Asegurar el correcto funcionamiento y
  mantenimiento de las instalaciones eléctricas.
• Supervisar los sistemas de climatización y
  ventilación, garantizando su eficiencia y mantenimiento periódico.
• Ejecutar tareas de hidráulica (bombas,
  compresores, redes de aire comprimido) y fontanería (agua, gases).
• Supervisar y mantener los sistemas de datos y
  seguridad: CCTV, antenas wifi, accesos, etc.
• Identificar y proponer mejoras técnicas o de
  eficiencia en las instalaciones.
• Detectar incidencias técnicas y comunicarlas para
  su resolución o escalado.
• Registrar las intervenciones realizadas y
  comunicar el estado de las incidencias al responsable.
• Colaborar con otros departamentos (Calidad,
  Seguridad, Producción) para garantizar el correcto funcionamiento de la
  operativa del almacén.
• Asegurar el cumplimiento de los plazos, las
  normas de seguridad y los procedimientos internos.
• Garantizar la correcta ejecución de los
  servicios.

• Centro de trabajo: Esparreguera.
• Horario: de 08:00 h a 17:00 h inicialmente. A futuro se
  realizarán turnos rotativos de mañana y tarde (sin noches ni fines de
  semana).
• Salario: entre 25.000 € y 35.000 € brutos anuales,
  según experiencia aportada. No se descartará ningún
  perfil únicamente por expectativas salariales.
• Incorporación a una empresa internacional
  consolidada y en constante crecimiento.
• Contrato 3 meses por ETT y luego posibilidad de pasar a la plantilla de la empresa.

Lo que te hará triunfar:

• Experiencia mínima de 2 a 3 años en funciones
  similares, preferiblemente en entornos industriales (se valorará
  experiencia en industria química o farmacéutica).
• Conocimiento y experiencia en entornos ATEX.
• Formación CFGM o CFGS en Mecatrónica,
  Electrotecnia, Automatización o similar.
• Conocimientos básicos en electricidad, mecánica,
  climatización, redes de datos y control de accesos.
• Persona meticulosa, organizada y resolutiva, con
  capacidad para priorizar tareas y actuar con autonomía.
• Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma.
• Interpretación de esquemas eléctricos.
• Habilidad para la utilización de herramientas de
  mano y equipos de verificación de redes.
• Facilidad para el trabajo en equipo.
