You will join an important production center located in the Polígono Industrial La Red, where you will be part of a team responsible for preparing and conditioning products for distribution. A hands-on job, with pace, attention to detail, and a key role within daily operations.

Your mission in this position: You will contribute to ensuring that products arrive correctly conditioned, identified, and prepared for shipment, guaranteeing that the quality standards established in each phase of the process are met.

Your work will have a direct impact on the efficiency of daily operations, participating in tasks that require concentration, constancy, and attention to detail.

What will your day-to-day look like?

- You will participate in tasks such as handling, shrink-wrapping, labeling, alarming, case assembly, and boxing, ensuring that each product is prepared correctly.

- You will review codes, references, and finishes to detect possible incidents and guarantee the quality of the final product.

- You will maintain the order and organization of your work area to contribute to safe and efficient operations.

What will help you succeed in this role:

- Experience in production, handling, or packaging

Having previously worked on production lines or conditioning processes will allow you to adapt quickly to the dynamics of the position and gain autonomy from the start.

- Comfort with repetitive tasks and constant work rhythms: The activity requires concentration and the ability to maintain work quality throughout the day, following standardized procedures and production objectives.

- Attention to detail: The review of codes, labels, and finishes is key to avoiding errors and ensuring that each product meets the established standards.

- Flexibility to work in rotating shifts: Availability to alternate between morning and afternoon shifts will facilitate your integration into the center's usual planning.

- Own vehicle: This will allow you to travel comfortably to the workplace and adapt to the different time slots.

- Responsible attitude and teamwork: You will be part of a coordinated operation where collaboration, commitment, and organization are essential to achieving daily objectives.

Indicative remuneration: As an initial reference, the planned remuneration is around €10.91/hour gross for day shifts and €12.38/hour gross for night shifts, which may be subject to update once the internal validation of the conditions is finalized.

Rotating shifts: The usual planning includes rotating morning and afternoon shifts. Night shifts are carried out only when operations require it and always on a voluntary basis.

Well-connected location: The workplace is located in the Polígono Industrial La Red (41500 Alcalá de Guadaíra, Seville), so having your own vehicle will facilitate access during any of the time slots.

Tu trabajo tendrá un impacto directo en la eficiencia de la operativa diaria, participando en tareas que requieren concentración, constancia y atención al detalle.

¿Cómo será tu día a día?

- Participarás en tareas de manipulado, encelofanado, etiquetado, alarmado, montaje de estuches y encajado, asegurando que cada producto se prepare correctamente.

- Revisarás códigos, referencias y acabados para detectar posibles incidencias y garantizar la calidad del producto final.

- Mantendrás el orden y la organización de tu zona de trabajo para contribuir a una operativa segura y eficiente.

Qué te ayudará a tener éxito en esta posición:

- Experiencia en producción, manipulado o empaquetado

Haber trabajado previamente en líneas de producción o procesos de acondicionamiento te permitirá adaptarte con rapidez a la dinámica del puesto y ganar autonomía desde el inicio.

- Comodidad con tareas repetitivas y ritmos de trabajo constantes: La actividad requiere concentración y capacidad para mantener la calidad del trabajo durante toda la jornada, siguiendo procedimientos estandarizados y objetivos de producción.

- Atención al detalle: La revisión de códigos, etiquetas y acabados es clave para evitar errores y asegurar que cada producto cumple con los estándares establecidos.

- Flexibilidad para trabajar en turnos rotativos: La disponibilidad para alternar turnos de mañana y tarde facilitará tu integración en la planificación habitual del centro.

- Vehículo propio: Te permitirá desplazarte cómodamente al centro de trabajo y adaptarte a las diferentes franjas horarias.

Retribución orientativa: Como referencia inicial, la remuneración prevista se encuentra alrededor de 10,91 €/hora brutos en jornada diurna y 12,38 €/hora brutos en jornada nocturna, pudiendo estar sujeta a actualización una vez finalice la validación interna de las condiciones.

Estabilidad y posibilidad de continuidad: Comenzarás mediante contratación a través de ETT, con opciones reales de continuidad según la evolución del proyecto y las necesidades del centro.

Incorporación inmediata: Podrás integrarte rápidamente en un entorno de trabajo organizado, con procesos claros y acompañamiento durante tu adaptación.

Turnos rotativos: La planificación habitual contempla turnos rotativos de mañana y tarde. Los turnos de noche se realizan únicamente cuando la operativa lo requiere y siempre de forma voluntaria.

Ubicación bien comunicada: El centro de trabajo se encuentra en el Polígono Industrial La Red (41500 Alcalá de Guadaíra, Sevilla), por lo que disponer de vehículo propio facilitará el acceso en cualquiera de las franjas horarias.
