Additionally, you will contribute to the correct functioning of the management tool, collaborating in the monitoring of data, consumption, and indicators that allow for efficient operations.

• You will manage and supervise logistics information using the ONE software, guaranteeing the quality and reliability of the recorded data.
• You will prepare reports, consumption controls, and dashboards that help to perform effective monitoring of the activity.
• You will collaborate in the maintenance of the tool, user support, and labeling or relabeling tasks in warehouses when necessary.

• Location: HUVR (Seville)
• 1 vacancy, start date: 18/09/26
• Initial duration: 3 months with the possibility of subsequent extension
• Schedule: Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 15:00

• Advanced handling of Excel and IT tools.
• Experience in administrative or logistics tasks: Having participated in control processes, document management, warehouse, or logistics will facilitate your adaptation to the responsibilities of the position.
• Experience in software management and user support for the tool.
