Industrial Refrigeration Maintenance Technician

Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial refrigeration maintenance (previous experience in the chemical, pharmaceutical, or food sectors in GMP environments will be positively valued). Proven mastery of two-stage Freon circuits and silver brazing with a torch. Electromechanical knowledge (interpretation of electrical diagrams, motors, low voltage) and use of IT tools (CMMS). Having a Vocational Training (FP) degree at Middle/Higher level in Electromechanics or Maintenance, as well as a fluorinated gases handler's license, is highly valued. Driver's license, own vehicle, and residence near Les Franqueses del Vallès (maximum 30 minutes). Immediate residence in the Vallès Oriental region is highly valued.

Direct hiring by the company on a stable basis. Competitive salary remuneration: between €35,000 and €45,000 gross per year (depending on merit and experience provided), distributed in 15 payments according to the Chemical Industry Collective Agreement. Regular schedule from Monday to Friday from 9:00 h to 18:00 h (with 1 hour for lunch). Private health insurance fully paid by the company. Fully equipped company canteen at your disposal. Reporting to the Engineering and Maintenance Department, you will be responsible for: Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on freeze-dryers, two-stage industrial refrigeration systems, and high-vacuum equipment. Diagnosing incidents and performing continuous inspection of machinery to anticipate breakdowns and optimize processes. Executing silver brazing work on copper circuits for the repair of leaks and refrigeration faults. Providing general electromechanical support: reading electrical diagrams, intervening in motors, pumps, compressors, and low-voltage pneumatic/electrical systems. Recording and updating all interventions in the cloud-based CMMS software, managing the inventory of critical spare parts. Actively participating in scheduled technical shutdowns and ensuring strict compliance with safety and quality regulations (GMP / EHS).
