Technical Support Technician

You will have the opportunity to work with clients from different countries, directly participating in resolving technical issues and in the continuous improvement of products and systems. From day one, you will be part of a team that shares knowledge, supports learning, and fosters personal growth.

Your work will combine technical support, diagnosis, and maintenance of electronic and electrical equipment, along with customer service and support through various communication channels. You will also collaborate with the engineering team to identify improvements and provide real market feedback to help evolve our technological solutions. You will spend 80% of your time in Derio, and you will be required to make international trips on a regular basis (approximately 15% of the annual working day), which will allow you to meet clients, participate in projects, and gain experience in a global environment.

You will also work shifts:

Morning shift, afternoon shift, and weekend shift.

*The afternoon shift would be carried out via remote work.

Having previous experience in technical support or customer service will help you succeed in this position, especially if you have worked in international environments. Tendrás la oportunidad de trabajar con clientes de diferentes países, participando directamente en la resolución de incidencias técnicas y en la mejora continua de productos y sistemas. Tu trabajo combinará el soporte técnico, el diagnóstico y mantenimiento de equipos electrónicos y eléctricos, junto con la atención y asesoramiento a clientes a través de distintos canales de comunicación. También colaborarás con el equipo de ingeniería para identificar mejoras y aportar feedback real del mercado que ayude a evolucionar nuestras soluciones tecnológicas. El 80% de tu tiempo estarás en Derio, teniendo que realizar realizar viajes internacionales de forma puntual (aproximadamente un 15% de la jornada laboral anual), lo que te permitirá conocer clientes, participar en proyectos y adquirir experiencia en un entorno global.

Además trabajarás a turnos:

Turno de mañana, turno de tarde y turno de fin de semana.

*en el turno de tarde se realizaría mediante teletrabajo.
