🎯 What is your mission?

You will be the manager's right hand in daily operations, responsible for your assigned shift, coordinating the kitchen and floor teams to ensure every customer enjoys the best Taco Bell experience.

Achieve efficiency in shift processes

✔ Indispensable requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a manager or team leader in catering/restaurants
Ability to develop people and lead teams
Basic knowledge in P&L (profit and loss) analysis
Availability to work rotating shifts
Desire to motivate and grow your team with good energy
