• Previous experience as a manager in restaurants, preferably in dynamic environments (desirable).
• Passion for customer service and teamwork.
• Communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Proactive, responsible attitude oriented towards detail.
• Schedule flexibility to adapt to rotating shifts.
• Passion for catering and healthy food.
• High or native Spanish and intermediate English (other languages will be valued).

We are looking for a Shiftleader to join our team in Madrid with a 30-hour weekly schedule. As a shiftleader, you will be an essential part of our customers' experience. We want to count on active people, with a positive attitude, a desire to learn, and a passion for service.

• Attend to and offer a friendly, fast, and efficient experience to our customers.
• Take orders at the register, serve dishes and drinks ensuring maximum quality and presentation.
• Gain an in-depth knowledge of our menu and philosophy to be able to advise and resolve doubts.
• Assign functions and responsibilities to the team.
• Problem solving and shift management, cash register closings and openings.
• Organize the team to guarantee coordinated service and customer satisfaction.
• Participate actively in the promotion of our values and the Real Food Revolution.
