About the role

As a Accounting Assistant & Credit Collector, you will play a key role in contribute to the accurate and timely financial recording and reporting, ensuring data integrity to support informed decision-making and optimize financial processes for the LVMH W&J Iberia subsidiary. Based in Madrid, you will thrive in a stimulating environment where innovation and excellence go hand in hand with team spirit and creativity. You will report to the Accounting Manager.

Start date: As soon as possible

What you'll do

Perform accounting and administrative activities for the Finance department.
Record and review accounting transactions in SAP.
Prepare and reconcile bank accounts and balance sheet accounts.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
Support month-end closing activities and journal entries.
Prepare basic financial reports and assist with financial analysis.
Maintain accurate accounting documentation and ensure compliance with internal controls.
Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies while supporting process improvements

Finance

Requirements

College degree required. Major in Accounting, Business Administration or Economics.

Initial experience in fianance.

Languages: English.

Proficiency in MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, …

Strong knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP.
