Software Engineer with PHP

• In your day-to-day, your functions will be: • Designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable backend services following Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles through PHP Laravel. • Assuming full technical responsibility for functionalities, from design to implementation and supervision. • Creating and orchestrating autonomous workflows: processes in which AI models (Claude, LLM) perform actions, trigger tools, and resolve tasks with minimal human intervention. • Participating actively in architecture decisions by providing solid analytical thinking and deep technical knowledge. • Guaranteeing code quality through SDD, TDD, and BDD methodologies, paying special attention to detail. • Collaborating on code reviews, refinement, and technical planning. • Proactively identifying and addressing technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and security risks (OWASP, SOLID).

We are looking for a senior Software Engineer with a background in Laravel, knowledge of SDD in Agentic AI programming systems, and an advanced level of English for a leading company in the AdTech sector.

• You are the person we are looking for if you have: • More than 5 years of experience in PHP Laravel backend software development. • Hands-on experience with agentic AI systems: agent creation, tool-use design, working with Large Language Model (LLM) APIs, or automating complex workflows with AI. • Strong technical analysis and design skills: you are capable of breaking down complex problems, proposing well-founded solutions, and reflecting on the implications of architectural decisions. • Critical thinking: you do not act blindly. You question, test, and improve, including the outputs of AI tools.
