Would you like to develop yourself in an international environment where you can have a direct impact on supply chain planning? We are looking for professionals with a curiosity to learn, analytical capacity, and a desire to grow within a company that bets on internal development and continuous improvement.

• Plan and coordinate product supply. Guarantee product availability by optimizing inventories and service levels. Develop and adjust production plans for Make to Stock (MTS) and Make to Order (MTO) environments. Manage planning parameters, safety stocks, reorder points, and supply policies. Coordinate orders and production priorities with Manufacturing, Customer Service, Logistics, and Sales. Collaborate in S&OP processes and demand tracking. Monitor inventory levels, identify risks of stockouts or excess stock, and propose corrective actions. Provide support to supply chain projects, product lifecycle, and process improvement. Participate in continuous improvement and planning optimization initiatives.

• What are we looking for? University degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Organization, ADE, Supply Chain, or similar. 1 to 3 years of experience in Supply Planning, Production Planning, Material Planning, or related functions. Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or production environments. Knowledge of ERP (Oracle will be positively valued). Good command of Excel and data analysis capacity. Intermediate/high level of English to work in an international environment. Experience with Power BI or Business Intelligence tools is valuable. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with different international stakeholders.
