The role

Participate in S&OP cycle meetings, preparing and consolidating the necessary information.
Analyze deviations between forecasted and actual demand, identifying causes and proposing adjustments.
Collaborate with the Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to incorporate relevant information into the forecast (launches, promotions, trends).
Keep the demand database and sales history updated.
Prepare reports and follow-up reports on forecast KPIs (accuracy, bias, etc.).
