Legal Operations & Contracts Coordinator

• Education: Degree in Law, Double Degree (Law + Business Administration) or similar.

• Experience: Between 2 and 4 years of experience in contract management, in-house legal support, or legal operations areas.

• Languages: Advanced English (B2/C1) (essential: daily negotiation and drafting of contracts in English).

• Technical knowledge: Solid foundation in commercial contracting, genuine interest in the technological regulatory environment (GDPR, IP/IT, EU AI Act), and proficiency with digital project management tools.

• Competencies: Practical business judgment, process-oriented vision, high organizational capacity, and a proactive mindset.

We are looking for a Legal Operations & Contracts Coordinator to lead the contractual lifecycle and the efficiency of our legal operations in a hyper-dynamic international environment.

You will be the company's operational and legal engine: you will streamline the contractual documentation lifecycle, optimize internal legal processes, and act as a bridge between our technical teams, the Core Tech Capital management, international clients, and external advisors.

• Contractual and business management: Drafting, reviewing, and active negotiation in English and Spanish of NDAs, MOUs, MSAs, licenses, and commercial agreements. Version control and auditing of the digital contract repository.

• Tech Compliance & Regulation: Provide support in compliance with the data protection framework (GDPR) and initiate the deployment of compliance for the new European AI regulation (EU AI Act).

• Legal operations and efficiency: Design and implement templates, workflows, and contract automation processes using management tools (Google Workspace, CRM, Monday).

• Cross-functional and international coordination: Preparation of executive summaries and legal risk reports for Management, as well as fluid communication with external law firms and global partners.
