AI Implementation and Tech Compliance Consultant

• Higher education in Engineering, Technology Law, Business Administration with a technological base, or related disciplines.

• Practical knowledge and demonstrable experience actively researching, configuring, and integrating solutions based on LLMs, custom assistants (GPTs), and industrial process automation workflows.

• Solid understanding of Data Protection regulations (GDPR) and the legal, ethical, and operational implications of the European AI Act in the business ecosystem.

• Builder mindset, a markedly curious and autonomous profile with a high orientation toward practical experimentation for solving business problems.

• Excellent communication skills, customer orientation, and pedagogical ability for training work teams.

Compensation: Fixed Salary + Project Bonus

A leading technology consulting and IT services company is in an expansion phase and is looking to incorporate a consultative, proactive, and innovative profile specialized in the evaluation, practical deployment, and governance of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools in the business environment.

The main mission of the role will consist of analyzing the workflows of client companies, identifying opportunities for operational optimization through the use of market AI tools, and ensuring that their adoption and integration strictly comply with current regulatory frameworks, avoiding risks of information leaks or corporate regulatory non-compliance.

• Audit and diagnosis: Perform technological maturity assessments and operational audits at client sites to identify viable Artificial Intelligence use cases applied to the business.

• Practical deployment and integration: Configure, test, and connect market AI tools and automation platforms (Make, Zapier, LangChain / Flowise) with the client's management systems and tools (CRMs, ERPs, project managers).

• Governance and compliance: Design and implement secure corporate AI usage frameworks in accordance with the new European Artificial Intelligence Act (EU AI Act), managing the classification of risk systems and guaranteeing strict compliance with GDPR (privacy by design, data security, and Shadow IT control).

• Secure solutions: Evaluate the feasibility of implementing private corporate environments (OpenAI Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot Studio) or the local deployment of Open Source models (Ollama, Llama 3, Mistral) when the client's compliance requirements prohibit data output to public clouds.

• Training and education: Design and deliver technical training and operational awareness programs to users of client companies to ensure correct, ethical, and efficient adoption of the implemented solutions.

Location: Madrid (Tres Cantos) - Hybrid Model: 1-2 days of physical presence in the office
