The role

At Talgo, we are dedicated to revolutionizing railway transport with innovative products ranging from very high-speed trains to regional and commuter solutions.

Our trains are characterized by being sustainable, safe, and high-quality. This versatility allows our trains to cross the Saudi Arabian desert at 300 km/h or travel through countries with extreme temperatures of up to -45º in Kazakhstan.

You will join the Cybersecurity Directorate at our Majadahonda center, becoming part of a team specialized in the active protection of the company's systems.

Your mission will be to participate in security incident detection, analysis, and response activities, contributing to the continuous improvement of defensive capabilities (Blue Team) and ensuring the proper operation of cybersecurity tools and processes.

What you'll do

And to do so, you will carry out functions such as:

Manage, optimize, and evolve monitoring, detection, and incident response platforms (EDR, DLP, SOAR, identity, navigation, etc.).
Analyze security alerts and coordinate investigation and response activities with the SOC.
Carry out internal investigation and threat hunting activities, as well as investigation of anomalies or non-compliances.
Participate in the management and resolution of cybersecurity incidents, as well as in simulation exercises.
Handle vulnerabilities in on-premise and cloud infrastructure, in cooperation with the IT team.
Collaborate on the automation of security controls and processes, and provide technical support to Information Systems.
