You will join the Information Systems Department, located in Majadahonda, Madrid, leading the company's SAP team, currently made up of specialists from various functional and technical areas.
Your mission will be to coordinate, develop, and supervise the SAP team's activity, ensuring the proper delivery of the service, the evolution of the platform, and the alignment between business needs and the implemented technological solutions.

And to do so, you will carry out functions such as:

• Lead and coordinate the team of SAP consultants, promoting collaboration among the different functional and technical modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, WM, PP, QM, PM, HR, DMS, PDM, BASIS, among others).
• Manage business demand and lead international cross-functional projects, ensuring compliance with deadlines, scope, quality, and objectives.
• Supervise the SAP service, monitoring indicators, service levels, backlog, team capacity, and identifying opportunities for improvement and automation.
• Drive the technological and functional planning of the SAP platform, coordinating developments, implementations, and continuous improvements together with user areas.
• Ensure knowledge management, documentation quality, and the professional development of the team, guaranteeing the continuity and sustainability of the service.

What we are looking for

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in the SAP ecosystem, both from a functional perspective and in coordinating projects and services.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience leading SAP teams or performing technical management or coordination roles.
• Knowledge of IT service management, project methodologies, and tools such as Jira, Confluence, Service Desk, or similar.
• Minimum English level of B2, essential for working in an international environment.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA migration projects and SAP, ITIL, or project management methodology certifications will be positively valued.

Te integrarás en el Departamento de Sistemas de Información, ubicado en Majadahonda, Madrid, liderando el equipo SAP de la compañía, compuesto actualmente por especialistas de diversas áreas funcionales y técnicas.
Tu misión será coordinar, desarrollar y supervisar la actividad del equipo SAP, garantizando la correcta prestación del servicio, la evolución de la plataforma y la alineación entre las necesidades del negocio y las soluciones tecnológicas implantadas.

Y para ello, realizarás funciones como:

• Liderar y coordinar el equipo de consultores SAP, promoviendo la colaboración entre los distintos módulos funcionales y técnicos (FI/CO, MM, SD, WM, PP, QM, PM, HR, DMS, PDM, BASIS, entre otros).
• Gestionar la demanda de negocio y liderar proyectos transversales de ámbito internacional, asegurando el cumplimiento de plazos, alcance, calidad y objetivos.
• Supervisar el servicio SAP, realizando el seguimiento de indicadores, niveles de servicio, backlog, capacidad del equipo e identificando oportunidades de mejora y automatización.
• Impulsar la planificación tecnológica y funcional de la plataforma SAP, coordinando evolutivos, implantaciones y mejoras continuas junto a las áreas usuarias.
• Garantizar la gestión del conocimiento, la calidad de la documentación y el desarrollo profesional del equipo, asegurando la continuidad y sostenibilidad del servicio.

Lo que buscamos en ti

• Titulación en Ingeniería Informática, Telecomunicaciones o similar.
• Experiencia contrastada en el ecosistema SAP, tanto desde una perspectiva funcional como de coordinación de proyectos y servicios.
• Experiencia mínima de 5 años liderando equipos SAP o desempeñando funciones de jefatura técnica o coordinación.
• Conocimientos en gestión de servicios IT, metodologías de proyecto y herramientas como Jira, Confluence, Service Desk o similares.
• Nivel de inglés mínimo B2, imprescindible para trabajar en un entorno internacional.
• Valoraremos positivamente contar con experiencia en proyectos de migración a SAP S/4HANA y Certificaciones SAP, ITIL o metodologías de gestión de proyectos.
