What we are looking for in you:

• Experience in order management and/or administration.
• Organization and prioritization skills.
• Ability to handle pressure during peak workloads.
• Back-office oriented profile.
• Minimum intermediate Microsoft Excel.
• Professional level of Spanish and English.
• Knowledge of the IT market - How the channel works.
• SAP R3 / Business Warehouse.

Purpose of the role:

To expand our sales team in Barcelona, we are looking for a person for the position of Sales Operations Executive to support the internal sales function by processing sales orders and providing accurate quotes, as well as preparing offers.

• Responsible for daily loading activity, including any electronic order processing.
• Handling of orders and their modification, including coordination with third parties until invoicing and after-sales.
• Stock management and ordering from manufacturers.
• Management of delivery deadlines and special prices.
• Management of after-sales credits.
• Use of Excel for bulk order uploads.
