Business Developer Manager Supermicro

We are looking for a dynamic, results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our Supermicro team. In this role, you will drive business growth by executing strategic initiatives, managing key accounts, and developing the relationship with Supermicro.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute the Business Unit strategy to drive profitable market share growth.

• Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts and Supermicro.

• Identify and onboard new customers, driving sales and optimizing results.

• Collaborate with sales teams to improve market penetration and share of wallet.

• Lead negotiations in key tenders and major deals.

• Provide structured guidance and commercial support to internal teams.

• Ensure customer satisfaction, increasing loyalty and profitability.

• Collaborate with vendor operations, sales, and marketing teams.

• Support account teams and Business Development Executives (BDEs), where applicable.

Sobre el Rol

Buscamos un/a Business Development Manager dinámico/a y orientado/a a resultados para unirse a nuestro equipo Supermicro. En este rol, impulsarás el crecimiento del negocio mediante la ejecución de iniciativas estratégicas, la gestión de clientes clave y el desarrollo de relación con Supermicro.

Responsabilidades Principales

• Ejecutar la estrategia de la Unidad de Negocio para impulsar un crecimiento rentable de la cuota de mercado.

• Desarrollar y mantener relaciones con clientes clave y Supermicro.

• Identificar e incorporar nuevos clientes, impulsando las ventas y optimizando resultados.

• Colaborar con los equipos comerciales para mejorar la penetración de mercado y el share of wallet.

• Liderar negociaciones en concursos clave y grandes acuerdos.

• Proporcionar orientación estructurada y soporte comercial a los equipos internos.

• Garantizar la satisfacción del cliente, aumentando la fidelización y la rentabilidad.

• Colaborar con los equipos operativos, de ventas y marketing de los proveedores.

• Dar soporte a los equipos a cargo y a los Business Development Executives (BDEs), cuando aplique.
