The role
We are looking for a Litigation Lawyer to join a stable project within a leading company in the residential sector in Spain, participating in the management and supervision of judicial proceedings and legal strategies related to asset recovery and litigation.
What you'll do
Coordination with external law firms for the assignment, monitoring, and supervision of cases.
Review of procedural strategies and control of compliance with deadlines and internal guidelines.
Legal review of lawsuits, responses, procedural filings, and appeals.
Validation of legal arguments and alignment with the company's legal strategy.
Supervision of the status of assigned judicial proceedings.
Control of calendars, court dates, deadlines, and procedural actions.
Evaluation of procedural risks and proposal of strategies to minimize legal or financial exposure.
Negotiation of out-of-court settlements and coordination with collaborating law firms.
Document management and collection of evidence necessary for the proceedings.
Preparation of periodic reports on the status of litigation and reporting to management.
Analysis of judicial results and their impact on the company.
