The role

We are looking for a Lawyer specializing in Administrative Law and Sanctioning Law for an important leading company in its sector, with very good results that continue to grow, with the workplace located in Lugo and the possibility of 2 days of remote work.

What you'll do

The selected person will join the company's legal department, assuming, among others, the following responsibilities:

  • Management and monitoring of administrative proceedings of various kinds.
  • Full processing of sanctioning administrative files.
  • Drafting of appeals, administrative challenges, and legal documents.
  • Participation in procedures related to public procurement and the application of the Public Sector Contracts Act (LCSP).
  • Analysis and management of public tenders at both regional and national levels.
  • Preparation and review of legal documentation related to procurement procedures.
  • Monitoring of special appeals in the area of public procurement.
  • Control and supervision of administrative deadlines.
  • Coordination with external advisors in those procedures requiring specialized support.
  • Internal legal advice to the company's different business areas.
  • Direct collaboration with those responsible for the public procurement and sanctioning law area.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

  • Bachelor's degree or Degree in Law.
  • Approximately 3 to 5 years of experience in positions related to Administrative Law.
  • Solid knowledge of administrative procedures and sanctioning files.
  • Valuable experience in public procurement and the practical application of the Public Sector Contracts Act (LCSP).
  • Experience in drafting and managing administrative appeals and challenges.
  • Ability to manage files with autonomy and sound legal judgment.
  • Valuable previous experience in companies, public service concessionaires, or law firms specializing in Administrative Law.
  • No litigation orientation or significant courtroom experience is required.
  • Organized and results-driven profile, accustomed to working under tight deadlines and with a high volume of cases.
  • Collaborative, conciliatory person oriented towards teamwork.
  • Availability to work in Lugo at least 3 days a week, with a schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (until 3:00 PM on Fridays, and the same during July and August), with the possibility of 2 days of remote work.
  • High capacity for commitment, involvement, proactivity, and problem-solving, with great interest in contributing to the team and the company.
