Position Mission

We are looking for a Business Analyst with solid functional knowledge in card issuance, cryptography, and tokenization to support initiatives linked to Vault platforms.

The selected person will act as a key bridge between the Business, Technology, and Security areas, helping to define complex requirements, document processes, and accompany the evolution of solutions for the secure management of credentials and sensitive payment data.

What you'll do

Main Functions

Requirements Management: Gather and document specific functional requirements for card issuance and tokenization.
Agile Methodologies: Translate business needs into use cases, user stories, and detailed acceptance criteria.
Process Analysis: Exhaustively analyze the processes associated with the lifecycle of cards and payment credentials.
Interdepartmental Coordination: Serve as a liaison and coordinate effectively with technology, security, and architecture teams, as well as external providers.
Integrations and Systems: Support the analysis of integrations with issuing systems, authorizers, and security platforms.
Risk Management: Identify critical dependencies, functional risks, and operational impacts on the business.
Quality and Testing: Provide continuous support for functional testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and evidence validation.
