Production Shift Coordinator

• Higher Degree training or equivalent.

• Previous experience in industrial production, preferably as a line leader, supervisor, team leader, or shift coordinator.

• Experience in the nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, food, cosmetic, or similar sectors.

• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and working in cleanrooms.

• Experience in managing format changes, line incidents, or coordination with maintenance.

• Operational leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with ERP or production tracking tools.

• Own vehicle to access the facilities.

• Availability to work rotating shifts.

• Electromechanical knowledge is valued to facilitate learning and provide support in machinery operation.

We are looking for a Production Shift Coordinator to join a company specialized in the development and manufacture of dietary supplements and nutraceutical products.

The selected person will be responsible for coordinating the team during the shift, organizing daily production activity, and ensuring compliance with manufacturing, quality, safety, and hygiene objectives.

• Coordinate the assigned team during the work shift.

• Organize daily tasks according to the production planning.

• Train new hires and expand the training of the current team.

• Ensure the correct start, development, and closing of the shift.

• Supervise the completion of documentation and the traceability of the production process.

• Guarantee compliance with manufacturing, cleaning, and order procedures.

• Monitor incidents, deviations, and team needs.

• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Warehouse to ensure process continuity.

• Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, hygiene, and prevention regulations.

• Report the status of the shift and transfer relevant information between teams.

• Provide support during format changes and in learning the operation of plant machinery.
