The role
We are looking for a person to perform administrative functions for our delegation located in the center of Barcelona, within the framework of a vacancy reserved for people with a disability certificate equal to or greater than 33%. What will you do?
- Support in administrative management tasks.
- Management of delivery and collection routes.
- Data entry in IT tools (ERP).
- Telephone assistance and management of emails regarding incidents.
How you'll work
- Rotating schedule: mornings: 8:00-15:00
afternoons: 13:00-20:00
1 Saturday every 3 weeks from 9:00-14:00
