What we're looking for

Big Data (essential) More than 3 years designing and developing batch and real-time processes with Apache Spark in the Cloudera ecosystem.

High level of Scala on Apache Spark; Java. Modeling in Apache HDFS/Hive, Apache Kudu and Apache Solr.

Deep knowledge of Apache Kafka, at both architecture and development levels.

Cloud (GCP) Experience developing on Google Cloud Platform. BigQuery (modeling), dbt/SQL and Python. Pub/Sub, Dataflow, Cloud Functions and Cloud Storage.

Cross-functional CI/CD with Git/Bitbucket and Jenkins. Process planning with Control-M. Working in Scrum teams.

Autonomy, decision-making capacity and good communication with technical and business profiles.

The role

We are looking for a senior profile, with more than 3 years of experience, who will autonomously take on the architecture and development of a data platform focused on Big Data (Cloudera / Spark) and partly on Google Cloud Platform
