Requirements

What we're looking for

· Graduate in Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, or Engineering.

· At least 3 years of experience in similar positions, preferably in Modeling, Pricing, or CRM areas.

· Experience in SQL.

· Experience in Python and Databricks.

· Experience in building machine learning models, especially supervised ones (methodology, hyperparameter tuning, performance...).

· Experience with algorithms such as KNN, K-means, etc.

· Ability for collaborative teamwork, ease of communication, and flexibility to adapt to new technologies.

The role

Collaboration with the CRM and Data & AI units to define and build the protection product recommendation engine. The engine must indicate to us what protection each client should have and what specific gap we must close. To do this, it will have to:

· Perform clustering using the information available in the database.

· Contrast the results with the business teams and evaluate the incorporation of business rules to improve the proposed solution.

· Define and develop the new churn predictive models within the established deadlines.

· Identify twins for the profiles identified in the first phase.

· Speech Analytics for the extraction of actionable events.

· Document all analyses and processes developed.

· Create and present reports with the results and the most relevant insights.
