Data Scientist - Customer Intelligence

  A person with experience in Data Science and predictive modeling, solid analytical capacity, and business orientation.

• What do we offer?

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role

Degree in Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or similar.

Postgraduate studies or Master's in Data Science, Big Data, Applied Statistics, or similar.

Previous experience in consumer, retail, energy, or large distribution network sectors.

Proficiency in web and app analytics tools, such as Google Analytics (GA4) and Meta Ads / Google Ads reporting APIs.

Proficiency in activation and CRM tools, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other equivalent CDP/CRM platforms.

Proficiency in visualization tools, especially Power BI.

Advanced level of English

Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.

Knowledge of data protection matters (GDPR).

At Marketing we are creating a new Customer Intelligence project and we are looking to hire a Data Scientist to help us transform our customer data into knowledge, predictive models, and business opportunities.

🚀 What will your challenge be?

Develop advanced analytical models that allow us to better understand our customers, anticipate their needs, and improve our acquisition, loyalty, CRM, and commercial activation strategies.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• 📊 Develop predictive models for behavior, propensity, churn, LTV, and campaign response.
• 🎯 Design segmentation and micro-segmentation models for CRM and loyalty strategies.
• 📈 Measure and optimize the impact of Marketing actions through advanced analytics and experimentation.
• 💡 Transform model results into actionable insights and recommendations for the business.
• 🔗 Integrate and analyze different customer data sources.
• 📣 Communicate results through visualization and data storytelling, bringing analytics closer to business teams.
