The role

We are looking for a senior and autonomous profile, capable of leading the complete lifecycle of advanced forecasting models.

Key requirements

Experience in hierarchical and multi-horizon forecasting, with global Machine Learning models that learn cross-functionally.

Modeling of endogenous and exogenous variables: meteorology, macroeconomics, and sporting events, avoiding data leakage.

Experience with large volumes of data and critical analysis of sources.

Proficiency in GCP: BigQuery, Airflow, and Vertex AI.

Experience in MLOps, production deployment, and monitoring of drifts.

Creation of input data validation pipelines.

Advanced explainability through SHAP values and automated generation of post-mortem analysis.

Ability to translate complex metrics into clear conclusions for the business.

Essential: applied experience in forecasting within the retail sector.
