What we're looking for

Big Data (essential) More than 3 years designing and developing batch and real-time processes with Apache Spark in the Cloudera ecosystem.

High level of Scala on Apache Spark; Java. Modeling in Apache HDFS/Hive, Apache Kudu and Apache Solr.

Deep knowledge of Apache Kafka, at both architecture and development levels.

Cloud (GCP) Experience developing on Google Cloud Platform. BigQuery (modeling), dbt/SQL and Python. Pub/Sub, Dataflow, Cloud Functions and Cloud Storage.

Cross-functional CI/CD with Git/Bitbucket and Jenkins.

Process planning with Control-M.

Working in Scrum teams.

Experience in the retail sector.

Experience in requirements gathering and functional analysis in Big Data / BI projects.

Nice to have

Autonomy, decision-making ability and good communication with technical and business profiles. Experience as an architect in hybrid on-premise and cloud platforms will be valued. Data Fusion, Cloud Bigtable (NoSQL) and GKE.
