What you'll do

Lead and coordinate the tasks of a team of three people with different technical profiles.
Refine requirements and tasks with business teams, ensuring correct definition and prioritization.
Manage planning and work monitoring through Jira.
Develop, maintain, and optimize Business Intelligence reports and solutions with Power BI Desktop and DAX.
Work with relational and tabular data models, including the processing and maintenance of model.bim models via Visual Studio.
Develop and maintain paginated reports with Power BI Report Builder.
Query and manage data using SQL and SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS), including monitoring daily jobs.
Review nightly ETL process loads and monitor incidents to guarantee data availability and quality.
Coordinate with the IT teams responsible for ETL, ERP, and Snowflake.
Manage incidents directly with users, analyzing problems and coordinating their resolution.
Apply best practices for version control and code management using Git.
Use Artificial Intelligence tools, such as ChatGPT and GitHub Copilot, to improve productivity and support technical tasks.

🎯 Mission

We are looking for a Senior Business Intelligence professional with technical leadership capacity to coordinate a team of three professionals and guarantee the quality, stability, and evolution of Business Intelligence solutions.

The selected person will combine solid technical knowledge in Power BI, DAX, SQL, and data modeling with the ability to organize tasks, coordinate with business and technology teams, and monitor loading processes and incidents.
