What we're looking for
2 years of experience in infrastructure, cloud, or technological platform architecture or engineering.
Experience in hybrid environment Architecture (on-premise and public cloud).
Exposure to Automation technologies (Terraform, Ansible, CI/CD, APIs, and scripting).
Familiarity with SRE, DevOps, DevSecOps models, and operational service management.

The role
Mission
Drive the evolution of CTO towards a Platform model, working directly with the Cloud, Systems, Networking, Security Technology, Data, and Operations teams to identify, structure, and accelerate the implementation of a service and capability catalog with a strong orientation towards self-service, automation, and scalable operation.
What you'll do
Work alongside technical teams to identify and formalize platform services and capabilities
Help define and evolve the CTO service and capability catalog.
Drive automation patterns, Infrastructure as Code, self-service, and DevSecOps.
Facilitate technological simplification and platform convergence initiatives.
Structure, collaborating with the teams, the Technical Capability Maps to connect these capabilities with business services
Define consumption, operation, and transfer models to Operations teams.
Structure the work program promoting alignment between areas without introducing unnecessary bureaucracy.
Act as a facilitator between architecture, engineering, operations, and domain owners.
