The role

We are looking for a PEGA Specialist with solid experience in Customer Decision Hub (CDH) and development capability on the PEGA platform.

The person will join strategic projects in the Telecommunications sector, participating in the definition and implementation of intelligent decision strategies oriented towards the customer, real-time personalization, and AI-based automation.

What you'll do

Design and configuration of decision strategies in PEGA Customer Decision Hub (CDH).
Implementation of Next Best Action (NBA) models.
Development of business rules, prioritization, and omnichannel recommendation.
Configuration and evolution of decision models based on customer behavior and context.
Integration of data from multiple systems for 1:1 personalization.
Development and maintenance of components on the PEGA platform.
Execution of functional and technical tests.
Simulation and validation of decision strategies.
Preparation of technical and functional documentation.
Collaboration with Business, Marketing, CRM, and Technology teams.
Continuous support and optimization of implemented solutions.
