Salesforce Technical/Functional Consultant

• More than 3 years of experience at a technical and/or functional level with Salesforce.
• Proven experience with integrations using APIs and distributed architectures.
• Expert knowledge of Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and related technologies.
• Experience in data modeling and a deep understanding of the Salesforce security model.
• Familiarity with governor limits, best practices, and managing large data sets.
• Experience with ETL tools (Salesforce Dataloader, among others).
• Technical leadership skills, workload management, and project planning.
• Communication skills to interact with technical leads and multidisciplinary teams.
• Salesforce certifications (Developer, App Builder, Architect, etc.) are highly valued.
• Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to maintain accuracy under pressure.

• • Lead the analysis, design, and development of solutions on the Salesforce platform, applying both standard configurations and custom developments.
  • Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications using APIs (REST, SOAP) and real-time or batch processes (synchronous/asynchronous).
  • Develop components and solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, HTML, XML, Java, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX, SOQL, JQuery, and RestAPI.
  • Implement advanced automations with Flows and Apex Triggers, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
  • Design and manage data loading processes with Salesforce Dataloader and other ETL tools.
  • Make strategic technical decisions, knowing when to apply clicks/no-code versus custom code, to ensure the best business solution.
  • Define data models, including custom objects, fields, validation rules, and field-level security.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices, query optimization, and governor limits, especially when handling large data volumes.
  • Participate in enterprise architecture projects, including complex integrations and Single Sign-On.
  • Lead and coordinate a technical team, planning tasks and ensuring the quality of deliverables.
  • Serve as the main technical point of contact for the client, communicating clearly and effectively with technical stakeholders.
