The role

Job Offer: IT Procurement and Licensing Manager - Barcelona

From our team, we are looking to bring in an IT Procurement and Licensing Manager to participate in a long-term project with a major client in the technology sector.

The selected person will be responsible for managing software and IT license purchase requests, coordinating the entire process from the receipt of the request to order processing, activation, and invoicing.

What you'll do

Manage and follow up on IT software and licensing requests.
Prepare and process quotes and orders through to activation and invoicing.
Request and compare commercial proposals from manufacturers, wholesalers, and suppliers.
Validate products, licensing models, prices, and commercial conditions.
Manage renewals, subscriptions, and licenses.
Search for technological alternatives and solutions when necessary.
Resolve and follow up on incidents with suppliers.
Coordinate with different internal teams.
Maintain communication with clients, manufacturers, and suppliers.
Perform economic monitoring and guarantee the traceability of operations.

How you'll work

Location: Barcelona.
Modality: Hybrid (approximately 2 days in the office).
Salary: €32,000 - €34,000 gross per year.
Duration: Long-term project, with the possibility of continuity.
Project: CTTI - Seidor.
