What we're looking for
7+ years of experience in QA, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Demonstrable experience in:
Definition and management of non-production environments (DEV, QA, UAT, PRE, etc.).
System migration projects following mergers or acquisitions (M&A).
Integration of complex systems (preferably in banking, insurance, or fintech).
Solid knowledge of testing methodologies and automation tools.
Experience working with CI/CD pipelines.
Knowledge of test data management and controlled environments.
Ability for cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management.
Nice to have
Experience in the banking or financial sector.
Knowledge of cloud architectures and microservices.
QA certifications (ISTQB or others).
Experience with tools such as Selenium, Cypress, JMeter, Postman, etc.
Languages
High level of English (desirable).

We are looking for a QA Lead
What you'll do
Main responsibilities
Define, implement, and govern the QA strategy at an organizational level.
Experience in designing and structuring non-production environments, ensuring their alignment with development, testing, and business needs.
Lead the planning and execution of testing in system migration projects (for example, integration following the acquisition of another company).
Coordinate end-to-end testing in complex integration scenarios between legacy and new systems.
Define testing strategies: functional, regression, integration, UAT, performance, and security.
Guarantee the correct management of test data (test data management) in non-production environments.
Supervise test automation and promote best practices (CI/CD, shift-left testing).
Collaborate with development, architecture, business, and operations teams to ensure cross-functional quality.
Manage risks associated with technological migrations and validate contingency plans.
Lead and mentor QA teams.
