Lead L3 support for the SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) platform.
Investigate and resolve complex incidents related to provisioning, identity aggregation, and lifecycle management.
Monitor the platform and propose continuous service improvements.
Configure and administer:
- Sources
- Identity Profiles
- Access Profiles
- Roles
- Policies
- Workflows
- Transforms
Design and implement complete Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) processes.
Configure Joiner, Mover & Leaver (JML) identity flows.
Develop and maintain Workflows, Transforms, and Rules in SailPoint ISC.
Integrate cloud and on-premise applications via SCIM, REST APIs, and standard connectors.
Resolve incidents related to provisioning, aggregation, lifecycle policies, and access.
Configure certification campaigns, Access Reviews, and governance controls.
Collaborate with Security, HR, and application owner teams.
Provide support during audits by providing evidence, reports, and documentation.
Prepare technical documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), configuration guides, and runbooks.
