Senior PKI Consultant

Your main responsibility will be to evaluate and facilitate regulatory compliance for PKI infrastructures and trust service providers, participating in audits, certification processes, and regulatory adequacy projects.

You will work on projects where security, digital identity, and trust in electronic transactions are critical elements.

• Evaluate compliance with requirements applicable to PKI infrastructures and trust service providers.

• Identify deviations and define adequacy measures and action plans.

• Participate in the preparation and execution of eIDAS audits and ETSI standards.

• Monitor and manage findings derived from audits.

• Draft and review Certificate Policies (CP) and Certificate Practice Statements (CPS).

• Analyze the applicability and impact of eIDAS/eIDAS2, CA/Browser Forum, ENS, and GDPR.

• Work with specific requirements of the General State Administration (AGE).

• Advise clients and technical teams on electronic signature, digital certificates, and cryptography.

• Define security controls and best practices for PKI infrastructures.

• Support conformity assessment, certification, and accreditation processes.

• Coordinate documentation and evidence necessary for audits and certifications.

• Collaborate with manufacturers, external auditors, certification bodies, and competent authorities.

• Prepare compliance reports and technical and regulatory documentation for national and international projects.

At Tecdata Engineering, we are looking to hire a Senior Consultant specialized in PKI, electronic signature, and trust services to participate in high-criticality projects within the Identity & Cryptography unit of Telefónica Tech.

We are looking for a profile with solid experience in regulatory compliance, eIDAS audits, PKI, and trust services, capable of working both with clients and with technical teams and certification bodies.

• PKI and cryptography: PKI infrastructures, digital certificates, applied cryptography, and certificate lifecycle management.

• Trust services: eIDAS/eIDAS2 and ETSI standards.

• CA/Browser Forum Baseline Requirements.

• Advanced and qualified electronic signature.

• ENS and GDPR.

• Requirements applicable to the General State Administration (AGE).

• Security frameworks and requirements applicable to NATO, European Union, and FMN environments.
