Senior IT Audit Coordinator - Banking

We are looking for a Senior Technology Audit Coordinator to lead and execute technology internal audit activities. The position combines service coordination and team supervision responsibilities with active participation in audit execution, control assessment, and report preparation.

• Coordinate the activity of a team of six technology audit professionals.
• Plan audits and manage team capacity based on priorities, dependencies, and changes in scope.
• Execute technology audits and IT control reviews.
• Review evidence, working papers, findings, recommendations, and reports prepared by the team.
• Perform operational monitoring of the service through quality, capacity, risk, and improvement action indicators.
• Supervise work related to regulatory compliance, business continuity, and third-party technology risk management.
• Ensure knowledge transfer, coverage of absences, and continuous improvement of audit processes.
• Maintain dialogue with technical and business areas for the presentation of results and follow-up on actions.

The selected candidate must meet the following requirements:

• Experience in technology audit, IT internal audit, or technology risk management.
• Previous experience coordinating teams or leading audit projects.
• Ability to plan and execute audits autonomously.
• Experience in IT control assessment, evidence analysis, and report preparation.
• Cross-functional knowledge of infrastructures, applications, information security, access management, business continuity, and regulatory compliance.
• Quality review and deliverable supervision skills.
• Regular use of Microsoft 365 and document management tools.
