Real and recent experience building or applying AI agent/sub-agent systems in production: task orchestration, skill definition, context management, tool use/function calling. Given that this discipline is very recent, we value concrete projects and depth over years of experience.
Solid knowledge of the complete software lifecycle: version control, CI/CD, automated testing, code review, application architecture.
Hands-on experience with modern backend technologies (e.g., Java/Spring, Node.js, Python, microservices/API architectures) and frontend (e.g., React, Vue, or similar).
Leadership
Demonstrable experience leading technical teams: hiring, talent development, and performance management.
Ability to translate strategy into execution, with clear milestones and metrics.
Experience communicating with senior stakeholders (CTO, CIO, Product).
Valuable: experience in legacy application modernization and in at least one agentic platform (Claude Code, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, OpenAI Agents SDK) or the MCP protocol.
Desirable
Retail, banking, or large-scale distribution environments.
Management of development/QA vendors (factories, consultancies).
Talks, publications, or open source contributions in AI applied to development.
We are looking for an AI Technical Lead
Design and build an internal framework of specialized agents and sub-agents (planning, code generation, testing, review) with a library of skills reusable across projects.
Define multi-agent orchestration standards and the necessary security guardrails (human review, permissions, sandboxing).
Evaluate and integrate ecosystem tools (Claude Code, MCP, Cursor, Copilot, or others) and decide on the most suitable stack per team/project.
Integrate agentic development into the existing software lifecycle (CI/CD, testing, code review) alongside Architecture and QA.
Lead, grow, and mentor the agentic development office team; manage backlog, roadmap, and vendors.
Drive framework adoption within the organization through training, documentation, and direct support.
Measure and report impact (productivity, quality, time-to-market) to the CTO/CIO Office.
